Ingredients:
500 gr Chicken thigh fillet (filet paha ayam)
2-4 tbsp rice flour (2-4 sendok makan tepung beras)
Bell pepper (paprika, optional.
1/2 Onion (bawang bombay)
3 cloves garlic (3 siung bawang putih)
1 cm ginger (jahe)
Light soy sauce (kecap asin)
Oyster sauce (saus tiram)
2 teaspoons sesame oil (minyak wijen)
2 teaspoons black pepper corn (lada hitam). Avoid using pepper powder (hindari menggunakan lada bubuk)
