This video shows how to make beef and bean burritos my way. This recipe yields between 25-30 burritos using 10 inch tortillas.
Ingredients:
2lbs to 2 1/2lbs lean ground beef
2 – 3 TSP Maggi seasoning
1 large green bell pepper
1 large yellow onion
1 celery stalk
1 24oz can diced tomatoes
1 19oz can black beans
2 Cups cooked rice
6 TBS – Chili Powder
2 TBS – Garlic Powder
2 TBS – Oregano
1 TBS – Black Pepper
2 TSP – Cumin
2 TSP – Salt
1/2 to 1 TSP – Hot Hungarian Paprika
2 Limes
Sour cream
Shredded cheese of your choice
Frank’s chili & lime hot sauce
Tortillas
Also, a few beers to drink while you are preparing the meal.
