HOW TO ELEVATE YOUR LENTILS/ THE BEST RECIPE FOR MAKING BELUGA LENTILS(VEGAN)

This is the best lentils that I have made so far, that why I shared with you this delicious yet such a healthy meatless recipe.

Lentils are a perfect replacement for meat for they are high in protein.

ingredients:

1.Pre cook your lentils you can use any type that you prefer. I used Belunga( small black lentil)

it takes around 15 min , they should be soft but not mashy.

2. Onion I used two medium sized

3. Tomatoes about 5 medium sized

4. carrots about 3 ( you can use vegetables of your choice like red and yellow pepper)

Spices:

Go light on spices for the first time:
cumin 1/4 of a teaspoon
paprika powder 1 teaspoon
cayenne pepper 1/8 of a teaspoon if you just want it piquant
curry powder 1/2 of a teaspoon
Tumeric powder 1/8 of a teaspoon
fresh ginger about a thumb size
two cloves of garlic

coconut milk for that creamy nutty flavour (use 150-200ml)

once you try out the species you will learn to adjust. you don’t have to use all the species plus you can switch with other preferred ones.
