1 lb pan fried snapper (seasoned with smoked paprika)
1 lb cooked shrimp (seasoned with smoked paprika)
smoked paprika
1/2 lb mussels
1/2 lb squid
200 ml Clam juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
200g plum tomatoes
2 lemons
1/2 cup parsley
pinch of saffron
1/2 cup green peas
2 roasted bell pepper
1 med white onion
6 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
