INGREDIENS : 4 TBSP olive oil 30g plain flour 1 large onion, thinly sliced 3 garlic cloves finely chopped 1 green pepper desseeded and thinly sliced 1 red pepper deseeded and thinly sliced 2 tbsp tomato puree 3 tbsp paprika 3 pc large tomato diced 75ml dry white wine 300 ml beef stock, 1.800 stewing steak cut into chunks 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves 150ml soured cream 4pc carrots 4 pc potato METHOD: 1. HEAT OVEN 160c fan 2. heat the olive oil in a saucepan . put the stewing chunks mix 2mins the follow by plain flour and after golden brown the meat. set a side 3. add 1 tbsp olive oil fllowed by sliced onion,garlic,green pepper, red pepper, both finely sliced fry until softened, around 5-10 mins 4. return the beef to the pan w/ 2 tbsp purre tomato, paprika, cook in stirring for 2 mins. 5. add a large diced tomamto w/dry white wine and beef stock. and cook about 30mins, 6. remove in transfer in put into the oven in 1half hrs . after remove the cover put the cooked carrots,potato in contenue to cook for 30mins . and serve. with the soured cream and parsley on top. …. thank you for watching hope you will try in please comment if you havetry already dont forget to subscribe my channel# MARICELDUMALAG and my FB page #MARICELDUMALAG
