Ingredients
4 lbs Goat meat
1 Tsp Salt
4 Stalk of thyme
1 tbsp. All-purpose seasoning
1/2 Sweet pepper (two different colours)
1 large potato
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Tumeric powder
1 tsp ginger
1 carrot
3 tsp mixed blend green season
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Stalk escallion
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp Betapac Curry powder
6 Pimento seed
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
5 Gloves of garlic
3 tbsp. Cooking oil
5 1/2 Cups of water
1 Small onion
