How to bake Puff Pastry Spinach Cheese Baskets /Breakfast / Appetizers

Hello everyone ! Today I am making puff pastry baskets. Baskets from puff pastry with cheese and spinach filling, baked in the oven.

Let’s bake! : )

Puff Pastry baskets
13 oz. puff pastry

for 12 baskets I am using 12 pieces aprox. size; 4.5x 3.5 inch
for the filling:
1 egg
2 tablespoons of olive oil to brush the baking tray and if you like you can brush with oil the pastry dough.
2 cups of chopped fresh spinach
1/2 a cup of feta cheese
1/2 a cup of chopped fresh green onion
4 oz. cream cheese

1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese ( to sprinkle on the top )
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of paprika
Bake in preheated oven on 400F for 25 min, or until golden brown color.
I serve this baskets with tea.
