Here’s a recipe that doesn’t get old. It’s fried chicken coated in honey garlic sauce. To make it I used chicken thighs, but you can also use it for breasts and wings because it follows the same procedure. You can also use it for fish and shrimp, potatoes and some of your favorite veggies such as zucchini and broccoli.
Basically it’s coating your chicken with flour coated in pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and paprika, then coating it eggs, then back to your flour before frying in medium to high heat between 10-15 mins until golden brown.
Then once everything’s cooked, put them in a wok with honey garlic sauce (if you need to make one you can mix 1/4 cup light soy sauce, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, and 1 tbsp honey). Mix it all together in low to medium heat and then add your chicken. And just coat it nice and even, and your done 😋🤙
