Hai everyone,
How are you all? hope all doing good. Here is a new recipe uploaded which is used in pizza. I have given a simple way of making with English subtitles. This is used in pizza as a spread. Generally we buy this sauce in shops. In this pandemic time we can make this in our home. This gives you money saving with healthy version. I hope everyone like my recipe. INGREDIENTS:
1)Oil/butter – 1 tbsp
2)Garlic – 2 cloves (chopped finely)
3)Onion – 2 tbsp (chopped finely) probably 1/2 onion
4) Tomatoes – 3 medium
5)Mixed herbs – 1 tsp (can also use fresh one)
6) Kashmiri red chilli powder (or)paprika – 1 tsp
7)Salt – 1/2 tsp
8)Sugar – 1 tsp
9) Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
10)Water – required
