Here i am sharing with your the recipe of ultimate meatless burger i e burger made with mushroom. This burger unbelievable taste’s like any fast food restaurant beef burger, so try out this recipe and treat yourself with yummy but health burger. so here goes the recipe.
Ingredients
21/2 cup Mushroom
1/2 cup Mashed potatoes
5-6 Tbsp Bread crumbs
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Burger Fixings
Burger Buns
Tomato
Onion
Spinach/lettuce
Mayo
cheese slice
Instructions
1. Add 2 tbsp of oil in to a pan and when it turns hot add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic and fry it until it turns aromatic.
2. Now add the mushroom and some salt and saute’ it until the mushroom looses its moisture and shrink in size
2. Add paprika powder, garlic powder and pepper powder and saute’ for a minute on low flame.
3. Now add the mashed potatoes and bread crumb, and mix until everything is well combined. Switch off the flame and set it aside to cool down
4. Take generous amount of mushroom mixture in your hand and form it to the size of inside of your palm.
5. Now grease a pan with some butter and cook the burger patties for 2 minutes on each side. Place a cheese slice on top of the burger and cover and cook until the cheese melts.
6. Assemble the burger with all the toppings.
