Today’s recipe is Kids favorite chicken nuggets (we chose the Gluten Free version) but with a Parmesan twist. These homemade chicken nuggets are healthier and tastier than the frozen or fast-food options. Prepare them in a large batch and freeze for later and quick use . Here the chicken nuggets are made with fresh minced chicken and we used Gluten free Breadcrumbs by Schar. #scharglutenfree

Ingredients:
– 450 g fresh minced chicken
– 40 g parmesan cheese – if you love it, you can add more 😉
– Salt & Sweet Paprika
