My idea of a home made pancetta! In all technicality it is neither a bacon or pancetta but it’s a delicious cured pork belly.
INGREDIENTS
– Pork Belly
– Sea Salt
– Brown Sugar
– Smoked Paprika
Feel free to add any other spices or herbs of choice. I’ve also experimented with rosemary and substituted the brown sugar for maple syrup. Use this one as your basic recipe and start getting creative!
