Put noodles in a shallow pan or wok add tbsp light soy sauce mix. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions until translucent add ginger garlic cayanne pepper then the cooked beans and carrot stir to mix. Pour over noodles. Add tbsp oil to pan add seasoned shrimps with paprika black pepper and soy sauce. Stir -fry until cook. Pour over noodles and veggies. Add arugula mix slightly.Ready to serve. You can add oysters sauce if available in your kitchen.
