Today I have brought you a HEALTHY PUMPKIN SOUP. Even a pumpkin hater would love this soup. It tastes delicious. Again my kids are a big fan of this soup too. Here I have made a thick soup, you can add some water and boil for lose soup, then do the garnishing before you serve. I hope you will enjoy this recipe and give it a try and let me know in comments.
Here’s the list of ingredients :-
• Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
• 4-5 – garlic finely chopped
• Onion – 1 medium sized finely chopped
• Salt – 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper crushed – pinch
• Chilli flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
• PUMPKIN – 250gms
• Water – 500ml
• fresh cream – 1-2 tablespoon for garnishing
• black pepper crushed for garnishing
