Ground beef ( 1 Lb, %10 fat )
Onion ( 1 )
Potato ( 4 small )
Garlic ( 3 cloves )
Pea ( 1 cup )
Salt ( to taste )
Oil ( 2 Tbs for fries )
Olive oil ( 3 Tbs for ground beef )
Turmeric ( 1 Tsp )
Smoked paprika ( 1 Tsp )
Ginger powder ( 1/2 Tsp )
Cumin ( 1 Tsp )
Tomato sauce ( 1/2 cup )
Black pepper ( 1 Tsp )
Egg ( 2 )
Hot water ( 1/4 cup )
Rice ( 1 cup , ready to eat )
