Hi fellow Greenistic DIYers!
This is the Cooking Edition with Peter, and we are making a quick and easy Hungarian Style Vegan Meatball – aka FASIRT.
INGREDIENTS:
300g PLANT BASED MINCE
1 ONION DICED
1 CLOVE GARLIC DICED
1 SLICE OF BREAD SOAKED IN OAT MILK (OR OTHER PLANT BASED MILK)
3tbs BREADCRUMBS
HANDFUL OF FRESH PARSLEY CHOPPED
2tbs PAPRIKA
PINCH OF MARJORAM
PINC OF CUMIN
SALT (TO TASTE)
BLACK PEPPER (TO TASTE)
METHOD:
1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
2. FORM THE BALLS.
3. PUT THEM ON A TRAY AND BAKE THEM FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES ON 180C/356F.
