Hello, in this video I bring you my economical way to prepare tofu. During this video I leave you some ideas on how to cook it (grilled, sautéed, breaded …) and seasoning it. Tofu is a wonderful alternative to animal products. When I recorded this set I was also recording special Portuguese dish (Francesinha) so I used the tofu as a steak substitute.
I hope the tip for pressing the tofu could be very useful for you and so you can save money avoiding purchase the tofu press. Could this recipe be more minimalist?
