A nice and easy dish for lunch, you can have it with a roll, rice or fries. Essential is the wonderful hungarian red pepper. It is mild but tasty and adds a lovely flavour to it. You can also try mexican spices instead – but less.
Take a pan and have a start – pepper has a lot of vitamin C, as well as the onions – you can make a soup or a main course with it
