1 tbsp of smoked paprika
1 tbsp of thyme
1 tbsp of oregano
hint of crushed pepper corns and salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DIP :
4 tbsp of greek yogurt
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp of olive oil
half of a lemon juice
1 tsp of cayenne chilli pepper
chopped fresh dill and salt to taste
GRILLED CHICKEN EITHER SERVED WITH FRENCH FRIES OR SALADS
