INGREDIENTS
30G BUTTER
1TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 WHOLE CLOVE GARLIC
7g GINGER finely chopped
1TSP GROUND PAPRIKA
1TSP CHILLI FLAKES
20 PCS LARGE KING Prawns with shells
DRIED PARSLEY FOR GARNISH
METHOD
1. Melt the butter and oil together in a frying pan. Add the garlic & ginger cook until lightly browned turn up the heat throw in the prawns and fry for few mins, stirring, until all the prawns turn pink take off the heat.add seasoning ,paprika, chilli flakes and lemon to taste and stir. and dried parsley for garnishing serve and enjoy.
