Just sharing with you how I make my easy fresh Fish Stew. It is called Imoyo in Yoruba language.

Ingredients:

Fish ( Croaker Fish)

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

2 Maggie Cubes

Salt

Seasoning mixture: Thyme, Curry, garlic powder and black Pepper

Red Bell Pepper, Tomatoes, Onion and Ginger ( Blended together)

Zutaten:

Fisch

1/2 Becher Pflanzenöl

Salz

Gewürzmischung: Curry, Thymian, Knoblauchpulver, Schwarzer Pfeffer,

Paprika, Tomaten, Zwiebel & Ingwerwurzel ( zusammengemischt)

2 Maggie Cube
