Foil Chicken Gravy | Quick & Easy Chicken Recipe | Chicken Recipe By Bengali Tadka
Written recipe is given below:
Step 1: Take a 1.5 kg chicken and cut into small pieces.
Step 2: For Marination add
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Black Mustard paste 1 tsp
Raisin Paste 1 tsp
Nut Paste 1 tbsp
Onion Paste 1/2 cup
Posto (POPPY SEEDS) paste 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mix well, then add Paprika Powder 1 tsp & Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
After that add Mustard Oil 2 tbsp
Step 3: Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4: Now marinate for 1 hour.
Step 5: Take basil leaves 1 tsp and Oregano 1 tsp
Step 6: Now take milk 1/4 cup and then take 1 tsp water and add orange color with it. Then add the orange color mixture with milk.
Step 7: Take a pan with 1/2 cup oil.
Step 8: Now place the marinated chicken into the pan.
Step 9: Keep on medium flame and stir to prevent burning.
Step 10: Look chicken release it’s own juice now cook until the oil separates.
Step 11: Stir frequently to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Step 12: Look the oil separates, now add just enough water to cover the chicken.
Step 13: Now cook on medium flame until the oil separates. Add water and deglaze the pan is important, If there is any masala sticking on the bottom you might end up having burnt.
Step 14: Now add the milk mixture.
Step 15: Look the oil separates, now add basil leaves and oregano.
Step 16: The herbs create a nice fragrance and increase it’s taste.
Step 17: Now place the chicken gravy into a foil paper.
Step 18: Gather the sides and knot through a ribbon.
Step 19: Used scissors to cut paper like that, it creates a pineapple structure.
Step 20: When you served chicken gravy into foil paper like that way, it
helps to keep the chicken gravy hot minimum 1 hour.
