300g of fresh fish
150g of shrimp / prawns
1/2 cup of periwinkle
150g of boiled snails
1/2 cup of palm oil
Peppers as desired
2 large size bulb of onions
Salt and seasoning according to taste
3 to 4 okra cut into small chunks
3 cups of water
