Welcome back guys to another interesting easy peasy recipe…

FISH
Wash the fish with vinegar n salt make sure you wash it thoroughly then chop them to preference.

Tap the fish to get rid of excess water

Fish spices
Salt
Oregano
Fish masala
Mixed spices
Black pepper
Basil
Lemon powder
Paprika
Vinegar

Pan fry the fish for 3-4 mins each side with a little olive oil.

Broccoli
Wash thoroughly
Chop
In pan add oil then garlic then sauté for 5 mins I love it crunchy. Add in pinch of salt n black pepper.

Salad
Chop veggies you have to your liking
Onion
Green pepper
Cucumber
Tomatoes

Salad dressing
Greek yoghurt or plain liara yoghurt
Salt
Hot sauce
Lemon powder
Black pepper

Mix it all together n enjoy an amazing fish salad
U can add all your favorite veggies.
Enjoy.
