Juicy Lamb ribs spiced with a complementary spice rub consisting of Garlic powder, salt and black pepper, paprika and a little sprinkle of dried chilli flakes. Just perfect for open fire cooking.
Roasted vegetables adds the final touches to the meal, absorbing all the delicious roasted flavor from the lamb ribs.
Recipe
∙ 1.5 kg Lamb Ribs
Spice Rub
∙ 3 tablespoons canola oil
∙ Juice of 1 lemon
∙ 1 tablespoon Paprika
∙ ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
∙ 1 tablespoon garlic powder
∙ Salt & Pepper to taste
Roast for 3 hours on a low and slow temperature.
Roasted vegetables
∙ 7 potatoes
∙ 2 onions
∙ 5 carrots
∙ 10 garlic cloves
∙ 2 bell peppers
∙ 1 large sprig of rosemary
∙ 750 ml of water
∙ Salt & pepper to taste
Cook vegetables until soft, but not mushy.
