Hello my dearest ones and welcome to my channel Food 4 Hjo by Mom C.
Our recipe on this video is a dish which is popular in the Philippines. it contains pork pieces cook in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion and ginger.

Adobo Ingridients:
For the marinade:
700 g Pork pieces
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 dl applecider vinegar

1/2 dl olive oil
1 tumb ginger slices
1 yellow onion diced
3 cloves garlice minced
1/2 black pepper
1 cup water
salt to taste

Optional:
spring onion slices
yellow paprika slices
yellow onion slices

**serve with steam rice and extra fresh green salad
