INGREDIENTS
8 slices of bread
2 tbsp of oil
Drained beans 500 g
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp cornstarch
Fresh thyme to taste
Feta cheese 100 g
2 tbsp of milk
1 tbsp of oil
METHOD
Toast the slices of bread in a pan with some oil until they are golden brown. Blend the feta cheese with the milk and oil. Season the beans with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, corn starch and fresh thyme.
Bake in a fan oven for 15 minutes at 390Β°F (200Β°C). Remember to stir the beans gently to prevent them from falling apart every 5 minutes. Compose the crouton with a dose of creamy feta cheese, crunchy beans, pepper black, more fresh thyme and a last drizzle of oil.
