Fajita Chicken:
Ingredients
Chicken breasts with bone 2
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Finely chopped parsley 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Parsley ½ tsp
Sliced capsicum 1
Sliced onion 1
Sliced tomato 1
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
Oil for grilling
Garlic rice to serve
Method
• Marinate chicken strips with all the given ingredients for 30 minutes.
• Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan and pan fry chicken fry for 5 minutes.
• Add ¼ cup water in the pan and cover it.
• And cook till chicken is done.
• Add in the veggies and cook for just 5 minutes.
• Serve on a hot sizzler with rice mould.
