In this video, I make my homemade Mac-N- Cheese Bake, this is a Southern Recipe a recipe just like Grandma’s you will enjoy! As always thank you for watching and don’t forget to Subscribe , like and share!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of whole milk
1 cup of half and half (optional but makes it better)
2 sticks of recommended Kerry Irish butter
(2) 8oz bags of Sharp Cheddar cheese or blocks
8 oz Creme cheese
8 oz white cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
6 oz Velveeta

Half cup of sour creme

Seasonings of your choice but for my recipe I used as follows:
1 teaspoon of BLK pepper
1 half tablespoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of Paprika

1 teaspoon of Cajun /Creole seasoning
2 1/2 condensed milk (totally optional)
3LRG eggs
1 POUND or 1 box of macaroni noodles
Bake time:30-45 minutes set for 10-15 minutes fresh out the oven (YEA!)
