EPIC Baked Chicken Meal Prep Recipe| How To Meal Prep| Baked Chicken and Roasted Vegetables

Thank you for joining me.

Roasted vegetables:
EVOO= Extra Virgin Olive Olive
I used a few infused ones including:
Rosemary, basil, tuscan herb, black truffle, harissa and baklouti green chilli.

Baked Chicken:

Juice of 1 lemon
1 minced garlic clove
1 and 1/12 teaspoons jerk paste ( hot)- there are varieties available
2 tables spoons white wine (cooking)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 tablesoons season salt
1/2 teaspoon chinese 5 spice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons Garlic ginger liquid marinade.

*All measurements are a rough estimate.
