Potatoes around 4 medium cut in small size
Tomato puree or paste 2-3 tbsp
Spices , cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Salt for taste
Paprika 1 tsp
All spices
Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Or chilli powder
Garamasala 1 tsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp,coconut oil or any cooking oil
Onion 🧅 2 chopped
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp each
Carrots 1-2 chopped
Coriander fresh half hand

Vitunguu 2 vilokatwa katwa
Mbatata 4 zilokatwa vipande vidogo
Thom ilopondwa 1 tbsp
Tangawizi 1 tbsp

Masala za mchuzi upendazo
Mafuta ya kupika 3 tbsp
Carrot 1 au 2 zilokatwa katwa
