This Turkey Chili is a hearty, fat-burning meal that delivers serious flavor and nourishment in every bite! Lean ground turkey is packed with high-quality protein to keep you satisfied and support muscle tone, while black beans and kidney beans add fiber to aid digestion and help balance blood sugar. Bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and garlic load this dish with antioxidants, vitamins, and natural detox support. Spices like chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika not only boost metabolism but also create that cozy, crave-worthy chili flavor. A touch of olive oil brings in healthy fats, while lime juice adds a fresh burst that helps with digestion. Topped with creamy avocado or a dollop of Greek yogurt, this chili is a clean, comforting bowl that supports your weight loss goals without sacrificing taste. Eat smart. Burn fat. Feel your best.

Ingredients:
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 medium yellow onion, diced
* 1 red bell pepper, diced
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 pound lean ground turkey
* 2 tablespoons tomato paste
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* ½ teaspoon dried oregano
* ½ teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
* ¼ teaspoon black pepper
* 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
* 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
* 1 cup chopped zucchini (optional, for added fiber)
* Juice of ½ lime (optional, for brightness)
* Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
* Sliced avocado or Greek yogurt (optional toppings)

Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Stir in the tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the spices to bloom. Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, chicken broth, and zucchini if using. Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the chili gets too thick, add a splash of broth or water to reach your desired consistency. Stir in lime juice if using. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve hot, topped with fresh cilantro, avocado slices, or a dollop of Greek yogurt if desired.
