Hi guys! I’ve just made this super delicious curry, it’s one that I’ve been making for years!!! If you’re not really nuts for the coco, reduce the amount of creamed coconut to 1/4 rather than a half or swap it with coconut milk! I love the extra layer of texture it adds!
Ingredients you need for 3 servings :
🥔3-4 potatoes chopped into bitesize chunks
🍅1 tin of chopped tomatoes
🍸olive oil
🥛Oat milk or any milk you like
1 bowl of peas
🥦broccoli or any veggie you’d like to throw in
Salt, tumeric, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, garamasala
fresh parsley
