Easy Spicy Salmon And Noodles Recipe | High Protein Salmon Recipe | Garlic Salmon Recipe
Healthy and Delicious High Protein spicy Salmon and noodles recipe! One of the easiest and tastiest quick recipe packed with great flavours and perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for the salmon:
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Five spice
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
1/4 tsp chicken bouillon
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
For Cooking:
Olive oil
Bay leaves
Onions diced
Mined garlic
Minced ginger
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Butter chicken sauce
Bell pepper
Scotch bonnet pepper
Directions:
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a hot pan.
Add 2 bay leaves.
Add salmon to pan and cook on medium heat for 2-3 mins on each side till crispy.
Add 1 tsp onions, 1 /4 tsp minced ginger and 1/3 tsp minced garlic (optional).
Remove from pan.
Add 1/4 tsp garlic and 1 tbsp diced onion to pan, once caramelized, add 2 tbsp diced bell peppers.
Add 1 tbsp blended bell pepper and one blended scotch bonnet pepper.
Add 1 tsp butter chicken sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1tbsp oyster sauce.
1 tsp corn powder mixed with 2 tbsp broth. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add cooked salmon and cook for 10 minute on low heat.
Noodles Recipe:
2 packs instant noodles
Cook noodles with seasoning!
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a hot pan
Add 1 tbsp garlic and 1/4 cup diced onions, once caramelized add 3/4 cup diced bell peppers
Add 2 tbsp pepper mix (blended bell pepper and scotch bonnet pepper)
Add Salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp five spice, 1/2 tsp curry, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp MSG
Add cooked noodles
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 1/2 oyster sauce
Serves 2 – 3
