I made a longganisa with an upgraded recipe and sa tingin ko it made the traditional version better! You could also try your own version mga kasandok! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe kc sobrang sarap talaga! haha

Here’s the recipe para sainyo mga Kasandok!
Ground pork or pork+veal= 600g
Brown sugar= 9Tbs or 128g
Smoked or not smoked Paprika poweder= 2-3 tsp or 10-15g (optional)
Oil(canola/vegetable/sunflowerl)= 3Tbs or 43g
Salt=1, 1/2 Tbs or 20-23g
Crushed/powdered black pepper= 1tsp or 5g
Garlic Cloves= 6-8 cloves
What i Added:
Garam Masala= 1-2tsp or 5-10g
Lemon zest=1 tsp or 5g
Oregano(dried)=1tsp or 5g
Cook it in medium heat!
