Ingredients:
shrimps
Squid rings
Crab meat (i use the imitation)
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cornstrach
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup minced carrots
1 green onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp paprika
Combine all ingredients, mix well!
Sweet chilli dipping sauce:
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1tbsp thin strips carrots
1tbsp red pepper
salt & pepper
