POTATO GRATIN
– 800gr potatoes
– 200ml heavy cream
– 250ml whole milk
– 30gr parmesan cheese (You can add more)
– 1 tsp salt (If you added more cheese, decrease the amount of salt to 1/2 tsp)
– Black pepper to taste
– Paprika to taste
– 1 garlic clove
Bake at 200 degrees Celcius
