Pork Skinless Longganisa Ingredients:

1 kilo ground pork with 20% fat- P195
2 heads garlic (minced)- P10
15 tbsp sugar- P13
1 sachet oyster sauce- P5
5 tbsp cornstarch- P5
1 egg- P7

Seasonings: P10
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder (for sweet & spicy flavor)

Packaging:
1 3/4 x 10 (46 pcs) ice candy plastic- P5
42 pcs para sa pambenta 4pcs i used for taste test
7 pcs plastic packaging- P3

TOTAL: P253
