Easy Fresh Food Recipe: MINI EGGPLANT PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
2 Eggplants
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Olive oil
3 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
1 chopped Onion
2 chopped Tomato’s
1 tablespoon chopped Green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped Red pepper
1 tablespoon chopped Yellow pepper
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 teaspoon Dry oregano
Black pepper powder
Paprika powder
half a cup Boiled water
2 tablespoon Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
