INGREDIENTS
Mashed potatoes-
5LBS potatoes
3 cups milk 4L
2 tbsp butter
Salt pepper to taste
Stuffing-
5 celery stalks
1 onion
Oil
½ half loaf bread any bread
1/4tbsp sage
1/4 tbsp poultry
1 tbsp thyme and parsley
1 cup chicken stock
6 tbsp mash potato
INSTRUCTIONS
Potatoes:
1)wash potatoes and submerge in water
2)on high heat, boil potatoes until soft
3) heat butter and milk in a pot
4)mash potatoes in a bowl, gradually adding milk mixture
5)add salt and pepper to taste, garnish with parsley and paprika
Stuffing:
1)Cut celery and onion
2)saute in pan (slightly oiled)
3)Cut up bread (any bread)
5) Mix all together with seasoning and chicken stock
6)Add a little bit of mashed potatoes in mixture
7)Place in a baking sheet or oven-safe container
8)Bake at 330°F until golden brown on top (170°F)
