1 lb 16/20 shrimp
8 oz limo crab meat
20 oz fresh spinach, chopped
20 oz cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup heavy cream
All purpose seasoning
Garlic and herb seasoning
Smoked paprika
Cajun/creole seasoning
Crushed red peppers
Fresh parsley for garnish
