Chicken Shawarma
Ingredients
2 lb Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Lemon juice
3-4 cloves Garlic pressed
1 Tsp Ground cumin
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Ginger Powder (optional)
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients above for 2-3 hours.
Bake 350’F/180’C for 25-30 minutes
Falafel
Ingredients
1 cup Dry Chickpea, soaked overnight
1 small Onion Cubed
1-2 Green Chili
3-4 cloves Garlic
1 Tsp whole cumin/powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Chickpea Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Bunch/cup Cilantro
1 Bunch/cup Parsley
Grind everything in a food processor.
1/2 cup Tahini Sauce

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic
14 Tsp Cumin Powder
salt & Pepper
Grind everything and make a dip. If it is too thick add some yogurt and water.
Turmeric Rice (Rice Cooker)
2 cup Basmati Rice
3 cup Water
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Whole Cumin
