4 Large Bell Peppers multi-colored
1 Medium onion
1 Tsp paprika (sweet or chilly)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
1 Tsp dry parsley
1/3 Cup olive oil
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbs cilantro or parsley
1 Egg
Bake vegetables on 400 F for 15 minutes
16 oz White mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Finally, when all is done, bake on 420 F for 30 minutes.
