Ingredients for Dynamite Chicken:
1) Dynamite Chicken:
– Chicken Breast – 500 Grams
– Flour – 1 Cup
– Corn Flour – ½ Cup
– Salt – ½ Teaspoon
– Garlic Powder – 1 Teaspoon
– Paprika – 1 Teaspoon
– Cayenne Pepper – ½ Teaspoon
– Egg – 1 Medium
– Dynamite Chicken Sauce

2) Marination:
– Soy Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
– Salt – ½ Teaspoon
– Paprika– 1 Teaspoon
– Garlic Powder – 1 Teaspoon

3) Dynamite Chicken Sauce
– Mayonnaise – 2/3 Cup
– Ketchup – 2 Tablespoons
– Sriracha – 3 Tablespoons
– Honey – 1 Teaspoon
– Garlic Powder – 1 Tablespoon
– Paprika – 1 Tablespoon
– Salt – ½ Teaspoon

4) Optional:
– Spring Onions for garnish.

Dynamite Chicken Preparation:
– To prepare the chicken marination, mix the soy sauce wit the salt paprika and garlic powder.
– Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add to the marination.
– Mix well and let marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
– In a mixing bowl, prepare the flour coating by mixing the four, corn flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
– Crack an egg over the chicken and mix well until having an egg coating.
– Add the chicken to the flour mixture and coat well.
– Prehead cooking oil on medium high heat and fry the chicken for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
– Remove the chicken and let rest on a cooling rack for 10 minutes to firm and crisp.
– To prepare the dynamite chicken sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Mix well to combine.
– Pour the dynamite sauce over the chicken and mix to have a proper coating.
– Serve with chicken in a bowl with a dash of spring onions.
