Lets make paneer pizza recipe at home today in Dominos style . This is exactly the same Dominos Pizza recipe of Dominos Peppy Paneer Pizza. Chunky paneer with crisp capsicum and spicy red paprika pepper – quite a mouthful! I have made this pizza without oven and this tawa pizza is really easy to make.
Ingredients :
For Pizza Dough :
– 1/2 cup warm water
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 tsp instant dry yeast
– 1 and 1/2 cup maida – All purpose flour
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp oil (to smoothen pizza base)
For pizza toppings :
– 2 dry red kashmiri chilli paprika or pepper
– 100 gms paneer cubes
– 1 small capsicum
– 2 tbsp Butter
To coat paneer :
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– Oregano mixed herbs seasoning
– 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
– 1 tsp tomato ketchup sauce
For pizza sauce :
– 1 tbsp cooking oil
– 1 chopped onion
– 2 tbsp chopped garlic
– 1 bowl tomato paste/puree
– 1 cup water
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– Oregano mixed herbs seasoning
– 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
– 1 tsp tomato ketchup sauce
