Dhuan Chicken or smoked chicken is a very simple and quick recipe. It is cooked in yogurt marinade and Asian spices. Charcoal smoke gives this dish a smoky punch in every bite.

INGREDIENTS FOR DHUAN CHICKEN
1 cup Yogurt
3 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp. Chat Masala
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Paprika
To taste Salt
1000 gram Chicken
2-3 chopped Green Chilies
For garnish Coriander leaves
DIRECTION
1. Take a deep bowl, add in marination spices, yogurt, oil, ginger garlic paste, chat masala, lemon juice, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper, garam masala, paprika powder and salt.
2. Whisk it well until all spices are well combined.
3. Now add chicken pieces.
4. Rub mixture all over the chicken pieces. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
5. Transfer the chicken and the marinade in a saucepan. Cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Keep on stirring in between.
6. When the chicken is fully cooked transfer the cooked chicken in a serving bowl.
7. Heat a small piece of charcoal.
8. Now place aluminum foil in the center and place the glowing coal.
9. Drop oil over the coal and cover the lid.
10.Leave it for 3 -4 minutes.
11.Garnish with chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leaves.
12.Yumitizer style dhuan/smoke chicken is ready. Serve hot with flatbread or rice and salad. Enjoy
