Ingredients used:
To marinate chicken
600g chicken thighs
300ml water
1 and 1/2 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
For dry ingredients
2 and 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup corn starch
2 tablespoons suya spice
1 table spoon smoked paprika
1 knorr chicken seasoning (2 cubes; crushed)
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
300ml water for dipping
oil for deep frying
