1 tbsp Chili Powder (optional)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
2-3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
1 Cup Bread Crumbs (optional)
FOR DIP SAUCE
1 string Onion Leaves
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Garlic Powder
