INGREDIENTS
32 chicken wing sections (or 3 1/2 lbs)
(I used a mix of flats and drummettes)
*SEASONED DREDGE*
1/2 cup cornstarch or all-purpose flour
1 1/2 to 2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp salt-free lemon pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
*HOT WING SAUCE*
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup hot sauce
*BBQ WING SAUCE*
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup of your favorite bbq sauce
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1 Tbsp dried chives
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup to 1/3 cup milk or water
