Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo pasta! It is surprisingly easy to make and is ready in no time at all. This Shrimp Fettuccine is a delicious treat for anyone.
1 lb fettuccine pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp butter
4 garlic clove
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
S&P to taste
paprika
all purpose seasoning
Parsley for garnish if desired
Seasoned shrimp with pepper, salt and paprika
place in pan with oil, butter, garlic, and onion, for two mins on each side.
In lg pot boil fettuccine for 12 mins
In lg pot add 1 tbs oil 1 tbs butter and drippings from shrimp pan
add 2 cups of half and half, seasoned with pepper, salt and all purpose season.
Add Fettuccine, 1/2 cup of parsley and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
Add shrimp mix together well
serve and enjoy.
